Do you have a child aged 0-3 or expecting a baby?

Still, in the maternity ward, your baby receives the Child and Youth Health Bulletin is enrolled in the National Health System (SNS) and included in the mother's family doctor's list.If your child was not born in the maternity/hospital this Bulletin will be delivered by your family doctor at the baby's first visit.
In the Child and Youth Health Bulletin, you will find: • the schedule of the follow-up visits • the immunization schedule • information about the child's development • advice for the parents and, from a certain age, for the child/youth itself.

During the first year of the baby's life, follow-up visits are frequent: at week 1, at 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months. Between the 3rd and 6th day, you should go to the health center to do the "test of the foot" and make the vaccine against hepatitis B, if you have not done it in the maternity, according to the guidance of the health professionals.
