In Germany there are typical regional foods or dishes:
Christstollen, a pastry at Christmas time or Sauerkraut, a vegetable made from planed white cabbage or Spätzle, cooked long or round pasta or Maultaschen, a pasta bag filled with minced meat or even spinach and cheese.
In Bremen there are some special kinds of food: Curly kale, “Labskaus”, “Bremer Knipp”.
