If You have any complaints, you should contact the class teacher first. The next step can be a specialised person for complaints (mentor) at the institution, and the head of the school. If the problem could not be solved, please contact the “Ombudsstelle” (office of ombudsman). The office of the Ombudsman in Hamburg can be reached on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 to 11 o'clock and on Thursdays from 14 to 16 o'clock under telephone 040/428 63 - 27 33. Inquiries can also be addressed to the office via e-mail at ombudsstelle-inklusion@bsb.hamburg.de. All cases are treated confidential.
