There is no compulsory vaccination in Germany. All vaccinations are voluntary.

However, there are vaccinations that are strongly recommended by the Standing Vaccination Commission.

Recommended vaccinations for children aged 0-12 years are:

TBE (tick-borne encephalitis)

Flu (influenza)

Hepatitis B

Hib (Haemophilus influenzae B)

HPV (Human Papillomaviruses)

Whooping cough (pertussis)

measles

meningococcal

mumps

pneumococcal

Polio (polio)

rotavirus

rubella

Tetanus (tetanus)

Chickenpox (varicella)
