In the case of married parents, the first name and surname of the parents, including the father, are entered in the registry of births and in the birth certificate of the child.

If you are not married to the father of the child, the name of the father is recorded in the birth register and also appears in the birth certificate of the child if the father has made a declaration of recognition of paternity to the registry office or the youth welfare office (see above) and submit passport and birth certificate to the registry office.
