The usual meals in the morning are the breakfast, which consists of a warm drink (coffee or tea) and bread with topping or cereal. At noon, between 12:00 and 14:00, a warm lunch will be served. Lunch usually consists of a meal with meat, potatoes and vegetables or a pasta or rice dish. Many workers take this meal in the canteen at work or they eat what they have brought from home. The dinner (from 18:00 clock) is usually a cold meal. If only a snack was eaten at lunch time, a hot meal in the evening is common.
