Do you have a child aged 0-3 or expecting a baby?

For the best possible support of disabled and handicapped children, there is an extensive offer of help. The necessary help is offered by pediatricians, as well as by therapeutic specialists, ambulatory interdisciplinary early intervention centers and national social pediatric centers.

For the benefits of early intervention to individual school entry, the law stipulates that they should be provided uniformly and jointly on the basis of a treatment plan (so-called complex service according to §§ 30 and 56 SGB IX in conjunction with the early promotion ordinance). The Comprehensive Service Early Intervention includes medical-therapeutic, psychological, special education, special education as well as psychosocial services and the counseling of the legal guardians.

The offer of the institutions of early childhood education as well as their organization and working methods are different in the individual federal states and also regionally.
