If you want to buy real estate, you have to contact a notary (some lawyers are also notaries). The notary is needed to register you as the new owner of the property in the land register of the community. There is a fixed scale of charges for notaries, that cannot be negotiated. Please check in advance, how much money is needed to pay for the notary and for any other costs in addition to the price of the property itself.
