You do not need a lawyer to make a rental contract. Normally there are preprinted forms for rental contracts. There are different versions, provided by tenants organisations or organisations of landlords. All forms must be according to the rental laws, but it is recommended to compare the different versions. It is possible to make a rental contract verbally, but we highly recommend to make the contract in written form. That is in the interest of both.
