At this age, child has no legal abilities. A child who has reached the age of fifteen years of age and who is self-employed may take legal action independently, or enter into legal affairs and assume obligations in the amount of the amount he earns and dispose of his income provided that he does not endanger his or her wellbeing. When deciding on the child's personal rights and interests, the court shall, by a decision, allow the child who has reached the age of fourteen to present the facts, propose evidence, submit legal remedies and take other actions in that proceeding if he is able to understand the meaning and the legal consequences of these actions. A child who has reached the age of sixteen and who has a doctor's opinion with the information required to form his / her own opinion on a particular matter and, according to his or her assessment, is sufficiently mature to make a decision about a preventative, diagnostic or therapeutic procedure related to his / her health or treatment. Give consent to a review, search or medical procedure (informed consent).
