Generally there is a space reserved for strollers in buses and many newer trams. However, older trams and metro stations are not very accessible for prams or buggies.
The older trams have no space reserved for prams or buggies and have small doors and high stairs which is difficult to enter and exit the vehicle. The metro is often also not easily accessible in most of the stations because there is no elevator or escalator to easily transport a pram or buggy on to the platform or back out of the station again. The entrances and exits to the stations are also often a problem if they do not have gates to accommodate prams or buggies and just offer turnstile type entrances and exits.
